GABA is a São Paulo, Brazil-based directing duo formed by Elisa Brites and Lucas Romano. Their work is driven by narrative and performance, shaping tone whether working with celebrities or first-time on-camera voices. They have directed campaigns and branded content for Mercado Livre, Snickers, LinkedIn, Garnier, Spaten, Bayer, Natura, Electrolux, and more. Their Mercado Livre project Files of Freedom earned major international recognition, including Cannes Lions, D&AD, and Clio Awards. In entertainment, they were part of the directing team on the romantic comedy feature You Gotta Have Faith (Os Infiéis), selected for Cinequest 2026 (Academy Award qualifying) and awarded at LABRFF with Best Supporting Actor and Best Editing. Together, they blend contemporary visual rhythm with a performance-first approach, anchored in story.
