Manoela D’Almeida is a journalist, photographer, and creative director. Her career began in the world of surfing, documenting athletes, travels, and ocean culture across different parts of the world. Over the years, she has collaborated with publications such as Fluir, Hardcore, Trip, and Huck Magazine, developing a keen eye for human stories, behavior, and performance.
It was through this journey that she worked with brands such as Roxy, Billabong, and Rip Curl, building a visual language rooted in authenticity and a deep connection to real people. She later expanded her practice into fashion and advertising, directing and photographing projects for brands including Natura and YSL Beauty.
With roots in sports and ocean culture, Manoela believes the most compelling stories happen long before achievements are celebrated. Her work explores the invisible processes behind performance, investigating themes such as identity, transformation, well-being, and human behavior through a language that combines documentary sensitivity with refined aesthetics.
At PROSH Wellness, she serves as Creative Director, developing projects that explore the relationship between body, mind, and resilience through contemporary visual storytelling that is both emotionally engaging and deeply connected to the human experience.
